I, myself have no idea why am i giving up my holiday's enjoyment to slog? Alryt, perhaps money is the main reason. I guess i've learn to earn money in the hard way. Strangely, when one starts working.. every penny counts.
Currently, I'm working at Nokia care (causeway pt outlet). I would say, it's an eye opener as i get to see people with different attitudes.
However, the first day of work was hectic, real busy. 2 of the customers got tired of waiting for too long, made a commotion.. yelled and scolded vulgarities. Imagine, that was my first day!
I went wide-eyed when my colleagues told me this kind of scenario is normal. Now, I'm starting to wonder what's abnormal then?
I think working in the customer service line is abt:
Enduring.
Playing dumb.
Playing deaf.
& Smile at all times.
Whatever it is, I cant wait to catch a movie and chill abit!
Though, i'm not sure when will that be..
